The Comprehensive Service gives you access to a wide range of support services, which will help you to recruit. Our service allows you to focus on your other responsibilities while we attract and select high quality nurses and other healthcare staff for you and prepare a short-list.

Direct Applicants From Overseas

That’s where Pinnacle International come in with their new Flexible Option.

It can be a daunting experience recruiting healthcare professionals from abroad. Our new flexible options allow you to use only part of our service, to suit your individual needs. For example, you can use just the Pinnacle International Screening Service, or we can handle the documentation process on your behalf.

PART 1 - Initial Screening

• Preliminary vetting
• Arrange for you to interview the applicant by telephone
• Provide telephone interview interview facilities in the UK if required

PART 2 - Documentation Process

• Ensure documentation is collated in line with your quality standards
• Assist the candidate with NMC registration
• Act as representative for work permit applications. We are OISC (Office of the Immigration Services Commission) registered level 1.
• Supply management information as you require

PART 3 - Support Service

• Provide the candidate with an ongoing support package and 24 hour hotline
• Meet the candidate at the airport and arrange transfer to the client
