History

Pinnacle International is a concept that developed out of the clear need to supplement the growing shortage of nurses in the UK. Established in 1949, BNA (the British Nursing Association), with its experience of the demands in the local healthcare market, identified that it was possible to look beyond the UK for quality healthcare professionals. The idea of a global exchange programme was founded and finally put into practice in June 1996. Since then more than 5000 candidates have successfully helped our clients to meet their staffing needs.
